Story that elicits pity "The Last Time I Saw Her"

I'm like the gossip girl, always sniffing around the neighborhood looking for secrets to uncover and stories to tell and then here comes a tall blonde,pretty but pale looking,her name is PEARL,she has newly moved into this neighborhood and lives alone here on 5th street in courtyard estate,west road. Had no friends or family except riley her little pet(dog). Riley always accompanied pearl to almost everywhere she went,every evening she'd bound him in his neck chain and stroll out with him happily. "She looks quite young to stay alone,not even a soul comes to visit" i always say to myself each time i see her passing by "has she no family/friends"? I'd ask myself and give myself that easy answer "maybe she doesn't" "but why and how" i'd ask again. people around began to notice her presence in the estate,especially eve and her friends who were a click and known for their wayward lifestyle and acts in the neighborhood,they were a 100% good at sitting around and talking about men all day,each time they saw pearl walking by they'd gossip among themselves"how come this thin blonde stays in the cheapest and smallest apartment in this estate yet walks by as if she owns the estate,without talking to anyone" they'd gossip and laugh out loud at her tiny waist in skinny jeans each time she passed by. Even when she tried to say hello to some people,she was turned down Pearl on noticing she's always mocked at by the click of four each time she passes by their short fence became saddened and decided to take the other route out of the estate and back in, which is actually farther than the route she used to take"it is better to take the farther route and stay happy and peaceful than take the nearer route and be mocked and laughed at "she thought. And one day,a neighbor saw her walking by and excused her, she stopped and he asked her "i always see you alone with your dog,you stay alone"? "Yes" (she replied) (he said) "ok, you seem to be an introvert and i'm not in any way going to try to make you an apposite,just thought i asked,are you a runway model? He asked again,"No" (she replied in a cold tone) and he said again "no offense but i think you're too beautiful to be this thin,your jean barely holds your waist,naturally i don't like thin girls and i doubt any man does cause you have no features that make you the woman you should look like,so i think.. (Pearl interrupted) "yea,yea,thanks i'll always remember that (and she walked away with her eyes so red and ready to burst those tears) sorry,no offense"! (he screamed),whew! Oh yea i followed up and sniffed around some more and then! she got home,guess what? Poor Pearl who was really sad had rile(her dog) welcome her with so much excitement as he raised up his two front legs scratching them on Pearl's jean and by jumping all over,i guess he wanted to play but like you already know Pearl aint doing so good in that mood right now and all she did was carry him like a baby and placed him on her thighs and kissed him and said to him "you're the only one who's accepted me the way i am,thank you" (tears ran down her eyes).oh no.. How touchy.. but what can i do? «Couple Of Days Gone By» Now at this point pearl felt uncomfortable walking around as everyone looked at her like she was the worst human ever in existence,neighbors didn't go close to her cause they didn't like her and yea ya'll just believe she's kinda an introvert not so? Well cause there was this time someone threw a party,everyone in the estate was invited, even pearl's next gate neighbour but no one deemed it fit to invite her,if you ask me, that's "Pathetic". Well like i was saying, couple of times i watched from afar and felt sorry for her but then! i noticed i hadn't seen her walked pass for a whole week,uhm..i wanted to know her and i wanted to be her friend,i wanted to accept her the way she was but i chickened out cause i thought she might not accept my warm hands of friendship since apparently she loved being alone. And on this day in august,the night was long and cold and i slept like a princess waking up i found a note and a rose flower on my door post but i didn't see anyone around so i smiled and felt a secret admirer had popped my attention,i took the rose flower and smelt it "aww..this has the best fragrance in the world"i smiled as i said to myself,and then i looked around again and noticed everyone had a note in front of their door steps,what! Then i was eager to read the note,i quickly opened the note and read the content which had the heading "FROM THE THIN BLONDE NEIGHBOR".. i continued to read.. " i came into this neighborhood cos i wanted to be around people,i needed friends but unfortunately i had none, you judged me without knowing my story but i loved you all anyway,its a bit late but i think you should know my story and learn from it,i'm pearl anderson,the only child to a billionaire richmond anderson who died in a plane crash 3years ago,my mum died when i was born,after the death of my dad i have lived alone with my little pet rile,my father willed all his properties to me including this estate which you all live in,i was diagnosed with a terminal heart disease and the doctor told me 5months ago that i had only four months to live and that was why i left the mansion my father left for me and came here to live around people cause i wanted to feel loved but i never felt it,my doctor told me 2days ago that i had 2more days to live so i'm writing to let you all know why i was thin and pale. I was sick and dying and that's why i've been so thin.. perhaps would be dead by the time you read this note. Each time you saw me passing by i was headed for the orphanage home, that was where i spend my every hour. I have willed this estate to all of you,your big flats have become yours indeed,no one will ask for rents or taxes just live freely,the rest properties i have willed to charity,it was nice meeting you all even if i had no opportunity to be close to you,staying around you elongated my life. Thanks, Pearl. I was covered in tears and sweat in a cold morning,you cant imagine that! by the time i finished reading the note i quickly remembered the last time i saw her,yea she was sitting outside her door so weak,sad and acting like someone who was in pains but i didn't bother to go to her like i said i always chickened out each time . Oh God,The note melted the hardest part of my heart and i immediately ran to her house and the estate manager told me pearl died last night and was taken out of the estate at once cause she sent out an S.O.S before she finally stopped breathing. The estate was cold and everyone mourned a pretty soul who they'd never meet again,they all felt deep regrets in their hearts over the way they mistreated her not knowing what she was going through, above all, it was her estate and she stayed in the smallest apartment. Pearl was a "passing pretty angel" Her story taught us all a lesson never to judge anyone cause you don't know what he/she is going through, i bet sometimes you cant even move an inch in the shoes of that person you judge. I've really learned a lesson i cannot forget, hope this story teaches you too.
